Putu began to teach yoga after he got the international certification from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in Nevyar Dham, Kerala, South India in 2006. He became a member of Yoga Alliance and built his accredited registered yoga school with the name of Udana Yoga, The Bali Yoga Academy. He delivered the 200 hrs 2017 YTTC at Pranava Yoga Shala which was a great success. Pranava Yoga Studio is very happy to have Pak Putu teaching. He believes he learns to teach and teaches to learn. For him yoga is the journey to the inner self rather than only the pose. During his class he will guide you on how to synchronize your breath with the posture and connect with your mind so you are always connected to the present time. Flowing the energy to every part of your body is something that he loves to do for you. His class is fun yet challenging, energizing the body. You will feel that after his class your body and mind will be recharged with a fresh energy so you will be ready to start your daily activities.

Manohara was born in 1973 in a small village in the eastern part of Bali, Karangasem. He has been interested in spirituality since he was very young and joined a spiritual organisation, Ananda Marga, in Denpasar in back in 1990. Since then he was taught yoga and meditation based on raja yoga and was initiated in Tantra diksa by Acarya Dada Rupatinanda Avaduta who is from India. Manohara has practiced many other styles and now dedicates his life towards being a professional yoga teacher with a wealth of experience. His Anti Gravity class brings his student's joy and laughter as well as a deep, full body stretch.

Sida has instructed yoga classes all across Bali. From Sanur Paradise Plaza, Conrad Bali Hotel, to Ika's Studio, and Pura Taman Padang. He brought the joy and strength of yoga to many local people and visitors alike in Bali. Expect strong, Ashtanga style, power vinyasa in his class.
Before qualifying as a yoga teacher, Sida was trained as a self defence instructor and was a village chief for Nangen Village, Karangasem for five years.

Yuni fell in love with yoga the moment she took her first class back in 2013. Her passion in yoga has led her to expand her knowledge by completing various teacher training programs including; 100 hours healing yoga, 200 hours YTT at Ananda Marga Yoga, and RYS 200 hours at Udana Yoga in Bali. She always encourages her students to be aware of their limitations and is willing to help them grow. Yuni is actively practising yoga at her family-owned yoga studio - Pranava Yoga as well as at Le Labu. She also teaches private groups. Yuni is chilled, soft spoken and fun and most of her classes are taught in a Hatha yoga style.

Diaz is a yoga practitioner, a student and a teacher. He is very passionate to bring yoga as his daily practice and to share his joy to teach it to others. He received a full scholarship to complete his 200 hours TTC from Santosha Yoga Experience, Australia. He likes to deliver his class in a fun manner, but don't let the smile fool you. Expect movement, challenge, strength, a lot of exercise and sweat! His love for vinyasa flow combined with his creativity allows him to sequence the poses together into a dance-like practice. Aside from being a yogi, he is also an experienced creative director and design lecturer for some international universities in Jakarta, Bali and Surabaya. Diaz's classes are known to be a little 'out of the box' - challenging but fun at the same time. You will leave his class feeling like your body is totally open.

Nina Belinda is a vastly skilled, highly devoted yoga instructor who holds an immense passion for guiding others to live a better and healthier life. Her passion and understanding for yoga equips her with the knowledge required to thrive in this profession. Along with her strong public speaking and presentation skills, she has a great approach in helping others to have a better understanding of the art of yoga. 
Nina started practising yoga at the age of 23 and has never looked back, gradually learning and understanding the art of yoga through her years of experience. The turning point for her was a month of training for the RYT 200, giving her the experience in self-practice and preparing her to teach others her knowledge.

Vonny started yoga in 2008 and her journey into teaching started when she took her YTTC in 2012 at Yoga Leaf Badung. She has continued to learn and deepen her knowledge by since attending many training courses including a 200hr YTTC at KAPHA yoga Jakarta, 50hr YTTC at Udana Yoga Bali and a 30hr YTTC at Yin Yoga Bali. Passionate about learning she continues to attend yoga workshops and shares her learning with students that attend her classes. Vonny teaches Vinyassa Flow on Thursday mornings.

Omprakash was born into a family that practices vegetarianism, meditation and yoga asanas. He was exposed to yoga at only five years old. His true calling to living a yogic lifestyle came after he began living among the Ananda Marga yoga society in Bali. Inspired by their lifestyle, he embarked on his inner journey with yoga. After six months of yoga practice, he took up the Ananda Marga yoga teacher training and completed the 200 hours YTT. He encourages his students towards the self discovery of their bodies and towards inner peace. And from the yoga asanas he likes to explore the endless possibilities to reach that perfect pose.

Vicky was born in 1982 into a healer line family. Her father is a Balinese healer who is also the founder of Matra Bali. She loves meditation and has been practicing mantra meditation everyday since 2007. Vicky has been practicing yoga since 2012 as a way to balance her energy in both the body and soul. She started sharing yoga via classes by donation only from 2015. Her yoga style is hatha chakra healing, which is more focussed on breathing and the chakras alongside the movement. Her training includes 100 hours YTTC for yoga healing and another 50 hours YTT in Bali. Teaching yoga is not her main job, she delivers yoga to share positive energy to people who feel connected to the spiritual aspect of yoga. She believes that when all of your chakra energy is clean and balanced, all wellness, prosperity and happiness, will come to you. if you like gentle and spiritual yoga, you can come and join her class, she will happy to share with you.
